Privacy Policy

This notice explains how oqopo Lab (“we”) handles information when you use the oqopo DEX interface at dex.oqopo.org and the related pages Swap, Pools, Staking, Portfolio, OOS Play, and Exchange partner (the “Interface”).
oqopo Lab is the name of the team that publishes this Interface. It is not a registered company. There is no company account, no registered office, and no separate legal entity behind this website at the date of this notice. The Interface is a non-custodial front end. It lets you read public blockchain data and send transactions from a wallet you control, on the networks the Interface supports. We do not open user accounts for Swap, Pools, Staking, Portfolio, or OOS Play. We do not ask for your name, email, passport, or seed phrase to use those features.
1. The Interface and the protocols are not the same thing
Swaps, liquidity, and staking are executed by smart contracts on public blockchains. The Interface can connect to more than one network. Which network is in use is the one selected in the Interface and in your wallet. Those contracts and the transactions they produce are public. Anyone can read them. We do not control any of those blockchains, we do not custody assets on them, and we cannot edit or delete a confirmed transaction.
This notice covers the Interface: the website, the way it talks to your wallet, and optional partner flows we link to. It does not make us the operator of any blockchain, of your wallet, or of a third-party on-ramp.
2. What we do not collect for ordinary use
To swap, add or remove liquidity, stake or unstake, claim rewards, view a portfolio, or buy an item in OOS Play, we do not require:
- an account, login, or password
- your name, postal address, date of birth, phone number, or email
- a copy of an identity document
- your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password
We will never ask you to type a seed phrase or private key into the Interface. Anyone who does is not us.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your wallet address for advertising.
3. Information the Interface processes
Public wallet address. When you connect a wallet, the Interface reads the public address your wallet chooses to share, on the network you have selected. That address is already public on that network. We use it in your browser to show balances, positions, stakes, rewards, and OOS Play purchases, and to build the transaction you sign. A public address by itself does not tell us your name. The same wallet may resolve to a different address on a different network; we only read the address the wallet exposes for the network in use.
Transaction data you sign. Amounts, token contracts, slippage, the selected network, pool and stake actions, and OOS Play purchases are packaged in your browser and signed in your wallet. After broadcast they are public on that network and can be read by anyone, including through a block explorer for that network. We do not receive your signature key.
Settings stored on your device. The Interface may store in local storage or a strictly necessary cookie: selected network, selected tokens, slippage, language, chart view, and the last connected connector. This stays on your device so the page can remember a preference. Clearing site data removes it.
Technical data. Loading the website and asking a node of the selected network for chain data can expose an IP address, browser type, device type, language, and the time of a request to the host of dex.oqopo.org and to that network’s RPC endpoint. We do not use that technical data to build a named profile, and we do not try to link an IP address to a real-world identity in the ordinary operation of the Interface.
Support. If you write to us on Telegram, we see the Telegram account you write from and the message you send, so we can reply. Do not send a seed phrase. We do not ask you to connect a wallet inside the support chat.
OOS Play. Items in the market are paid from the connected wallet on the network the item uses. We do not ask for a shipping address or an account to show the catalog.
Exchange partner. “Buy crypto with card or bank” is marked as not yet available. When it is switched on, it will be a separate service. oqopo Lab does not custody funds in partner orders, and limits are set by the partner. The partner will be an independent operator with its own privacy notice. Card and bank purchases usually require that partner to collect identity data. We do not receive card numbers. Until the widget is live, this section does not collect anything.
4. How we use this information
- to show the Interface and the action you asked for
- to read public chain state for your connected address on the selected network
- to remember settings on your device, including the network you last used
- to protect the site against abuse
- to answer a Telegram message you sent us
We do not need your name to do this.
5. Wallets, RPC, and other parties
Your wallet software (for example MetaMask, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect, Binance Wallet, or another wallet the Interface offers) is a separate product. Its privacy policy governs what it stores.
A transaction is broadcast through an RPC provider for the selected network and recorded by that network’s validators or equivalent consensus participants. Those parties see the public transaction. A block explorer for that network may index it.
We do not run a product-analytics tool that is named on this page, and we do not send your wallet address to an advertising network. If we add one, we will name it here before it is switched on.
The Exchange partner, when it is live, will process payment and identity data under its own policy. Read that policy before you buy.
6. Sanctions and restricted addresses
We do not run a Know Your Customer programme on the Interface. We also do not currently screen wallet addresses through a blockchain-analytics vendor. If we later refuse to load the Interface for an address on a sanctions list, the check will use the public address on the relevant network only, and we will say so on this page. Blocking the Interface would not freeze assets in your wallet: the wallet and the networks are not ours.
7. Blockchain data cannot be deleted
A swap, liquidity event, stake, claim, or OOS Play purchase that is confirmed on a public network is permanent and public on that network. We cannot edit or erase it. A request to delete information can cover a Telegram conversation we still have. It cannot cover any chain.
8. Cookies
We use storage that the Interface needs in order to work: language, selected network, token selection, and similar preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in the browser; the page still loads, but some preferences will reset.
9. How long we keep information
- Device settings: until you clear them.
- Technical logs of the host: for the short period the host keeps them, then they are deleted or rotated. We do not keep a separate copy.
- Telegram support: the chat stays in Telegram until you delete it on your side or we delete it on ours.
- On-chain records: not kept by us as a private database; they remain on the network where they were confirmed.
10. Your rights
Because ordinary use does not create an account, in most cases we do not hold a file about you. If you have written to support, you can ask us to delete that conversation. Write to the Telegram account below. We will not ask for a seed phrase.
This notice is not a claim that a particular privacy law applies to an unregistered team. Where a law does give you a right against the person who publishes the Interface, the contact route is the same Telegram account.
11. Children
The Interface is not directed at children. You should use it only if you are legally old enough to use a self-custodial wallet and digital assets in your country.
12. Security
We do not hold your keys, so we cannot recover a wallet. Loss of a seed phrase, an unlimited token approval, a wrong address, a wrong network, or a phishing site is outside our ability to reverse. Check the domain dex.oqopo.org, the network selected in your wallet, and the official token contract on that network before you sign. Transactions are irreversible. Support on Telegram will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or a remote-access session.
13. Changes
If we start collecting a new category of information, add or remove a network, register a legal entity, or name a fiat partner, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Adding a network does not change what this notice collects: the same public address and the same signed transaction, on whatever network you select.
